Each step — from identification and sealing to courier shipping — is recorded to ensure the integrity, transparency, and authenticity of your results.
These verified procedures are typically required when DNA results are intended for official, judicial, or legal purposes, such as paternity verification, relationship proof, or document submissions.

A home DNA test is mainly for personal or peace-of-mind use, where samples are self-collected.
A COC DNA test, however, involves verified sample collection, identity documentation, and secure transport to the lab — creating a formal record of the process. This makes it suitable when results may need to be presented for official or judicial purposes.
Reports from DDC are issued by an internationally accredited laboratory. However, each country or authority may have its own criteria for document acceptance. Clients should verify these requirements with their legal representative or requesting authority before submission.
You’ll need a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, Emirates ID, etc.) for all adult participants. For minors, a birth certificate or identification document is required, along with the consent of the legal guardian.
