A: DNA analysis is performed by accredited partner laboratories in the United States. Suspire LLC coordinates ordering, sample handling, and reporting but does not perform laboratory testing.
A: Suspire LLC primarily serves customers across the UAE and GCC through courier-based kit delivery and sample return. Service availability depends on courier feasibility and local regulations. Please contact us on WhatsApp with your country and city to confirm coverage.
A: No. Suspire LLC does not operate a walk-in laboratory. Partner laboratories are located in the United States. Most services are arranged via home collection and courier-based pickup and return. The Sharjah office is a coordination office only.
A: After collecting samples according to the kit instructions, contact Suspire LLC on WhatsApp. Our team will guide you on proper packing and courier pickup based on your location.

A: No. Relationship DNA tests confirm specific biological relationships only. Tribe, ethnicity, or ancestry analysis requires a separate ancestry DNA test, which is a different category of testing.
PATERNITY DNA TEST FAQs

A:Personal tests are for private information, while Legal or Chain of Custody (COC) tests follow documented identity verification for official use. You can review both options on our paternity test options page.
A: No. At-home tests are not valid for legal or official purposes. Authorities require a Legal or Chain of Custody (COC) paternity test.
A: In most cases, “certified” refers to a Legal or Chain of Custody (COC) DNA test that includes identity verification and documented handling suitable for official submission.
A: Standard paternity testing uses buccal (cheek) swab samples collected from inside the mouth using sterile swabs.
A: Yes. Babies and children can be tested using cheek swabs. Collection should be done gently and exactly as per the kit instructions.
A: Typical turnaround time is 7–10 working days after the partner laboratory receives the samples. Shipping time is separate.

MATERNITY DNA TEST FAQs

A: In most cases, no. A standard maternity test typically requires only the alleged mother and the child. Special scenarios can be discussed with our team.
A: Yes. When proper samples are provided, maternity testing is highly accurate and reports are designed to be clear and easy to understand.
A: No. Legal reports require a new Chain of Custody (COC) case setup with supervised sample collection. If official use is possible, it is best to choose Legal/COC from the beginning.

SIBLING, GRANDPARENT & AVUNCULAR DNA TEST FAQs
