COC Extra Child Test – Add-on

All Standard DNA tests for paternity, maternity, grandparent & avuncular tests include testing for one possible parent or family member and one child. If you wish to test more than one child in your selected package under Chain of Custody Services, you must select the Chain of Custody Extra Child – Addon; each extra add-on will include one additional child.

Example 1 : COC paternity testing with Apostille for three children would require that you select the following  package

• DNA Paternity Test: 1 Kit
• Chain of Custody DNA Tests – Legal Use
• Add-on Extra Child Test: 2 times.
• Addon – COC Report with Apostille. 3 times.

Example 2: COC DNA Paternity and Maternity Test Combo Package with Apostille for two children: would require you select the  following  package:

• DNA Paternity and Maternity Test: 1 Kit
• Chain of Custody DNA Tests – Legal Use
• Add-on Extra Child Test: 1 time.
• Addon – COC Report with Apostille. 4 times
