But  please  note  due to confidentiality  terms the Lab will not directly communicate  especially  in DNA test  where there are n o Chain of Custody involved and  instread  refer  your query back to Suspire. This itself  should be the assuring  that  DDC  Lab and Suspire maintian a strong  Cooperate Partnership, and  this process is done to maintian the  high confidentiality of  your reports  and avoide it to be distributed  to unintented  hands. You may attach  your reports  which you recieved from Suspire  and  send  to  DDC requesting them to verify the authencity of the report and  whether  or not  it  is authentic  or not, Once  DDC  notifies  us  of your request we will request  DDC  to respond back after  they verified  the  attached  report  from your end.  This process proves the integrity of the DNA testing process and assures customers that their samples are processed at the DNA Diagnostic Center

Yes, if you opt for Chain of custody DNA testing  our trained DNA Collectors  will collect the samples  after document  verification as per the Chain of Custody procedure.

However  for  peace of mind DNA test, we provide you with complete information for collecting your samples, including video instruction. To maintain high level of confidentiality we recommend the collection on own, however  Collection by our trained  Collectors may be requested which is subject to location, time and  Availability of  the Collector  and  would be charged  seperately as a Third Party Collection fees.

The  DNA collection kits  provided  by us  are  a Self collection kit; We  provide the complete  intruction of the  collection process  along with a Video Guide. A nominal all-inclusive shipping fee that covers the delivery of the DNA kit to you and the pickup of your samples when you’re finished is charged at the time of booking itself.

However  for  Chain of Custody DNA  test and Non Invasive Prenatal Paternity test   is offered  only in  the UAE  area as per confirmation . In these  test our  trained  DNA  Collectors will be  visiting  your  home as per appointment  to collect  sample as well take  verify documents and  take consents  as  per  the requirement of the test.
